What transfers
Bring client demographics, documents, historical notes, and appointments into MBP. Your migration team will review your source system and available exports with you.
White Glove Migration includes automatic import of client demographics and documents, recreation of up to 10 custom intake forms (25 pages total), and help adding diagnosis codes and emergency contacts for up to 75 active client profiles for solo practices or 150 for groups.
Review your record exports and billing requirements with our team before choosing a go-live date. Historical notes and appointments transferring does not mean every record type or the complete billing history is imported.
How long migration takes
Small practices can migrate in as little as one day. We've migrated even very large practices in just a couple of weeks. Timing depends on your practice's size and complexity.

Your migration consultation is the place to review outstanding balances, claims, and billing setup and agree on a transition plan before you switch.
Switching from SimplePractice
Our team can review your available exports and help plan the move. Eligible SimplePractice switchers may receive six months free as a subscription credit. Review the switch offer and eligibility.

Bring your questions about exporting client records, notes, and appointments to a migration consultation. We'll review your available files and identify the next steps for your practice. Talk to the migration team.

- Two scheduled 30-minute check-in calls within the first 90 days of subscription
